Nature’s Liquids Refund Policy
Nature’s
Liquids extends a 90 day, money back guarantee to all its first time
customers in regards to their first order, of any size, of SeaAloe or
Superfruits GT. Nature’s Liquids will agree to fully refund
any first time order for any new customers as long as the following
criteria are met:
- The original order processing
date is less than or equal to 90 calendar days.
- The customer agrees to send
back the remaining bottles, at their own expense, in exchange for a
full refund.
Nature’s
Liquids will refund the total amount, including all shipping and
handling cost associated with the first order,
AFTER the
bottles have been received by the corporate offices.
Nature’s
Liquids will refund the order via the original payment method used.
This means that if you paid by check or money order, Nature’s
Liquids will mail you a refund check to the address in your account.
Please make sure we have an updated address in our database at the
time of request. If you paid by credit card, then Nature’s
Liquids will refund the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to post back in
your bank account. There are no exceptions.
Any order that is
past its 90 day window or any additional orders placed in the
customer’s account do not qualify for a refund. Therefore,
Nature’s Liquids has the right to refuse any refund request
that does not meet the above criteria.
Nature’s
Liquids does reserve the right to issue store credit in the amount of
the requested refund but only upon corporate approval. Please note
that not all refund requests outside the 90 day window will result in
an approved store credit issuance.
Store Credit
Store Credit can be
in the total amount of the requested refund less any shipping and
handling fees. Nature’s Liquids reserves the right to give a
partial store credit and deduct any loses from additional expenses
accrued by Nature’s Liquids in reference to your return request
as Nature’s Liquids deems fair.
Refund
Process
To
return your product, first please give us a call at 800-732-1150
during normal business hours to let a customer service representative
check to ensure you are within your 90 Day, first order return
qualification period. This will allow our customer service
representatives to properly notate your account and speed the
processing of your refund.

applies to orders placed in individual accounts within the corporate
database. This is a corporate policy which does not apply to any
Nature’s Liquids products that have been sold by individual
Independent Distributors of Nature’s Liquids.
